What about having video on my Facebook page?
Social media is a great way to target a broader audience without being extremely annoying by sending emails. If you want to cover all of your bases and spread the word about your company, go ahead and use social media.
Target the big three first: Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Spice up your material and keep it saucy. Putting a dull, useless video on Facebook will not generate any “likes” or friend requests. Do not just throw something together that is totally irrelevant and put your brand name on it. Have rich content in your video that conveys your message, but throw in some humor and a piece of eye candy to jazz it up and to make it worth watching.
With all of the Facebook addicts out there, a video will generate traffic if it has these elements. If it doesn’t, you can forget it. After you have successfully targeted Facebook, it is time to put on your big boy pants and target the rest of the social media platforms with your strategies.
