Twitter announced its new mobile service “Vine” last week, a video service allowing users to upload short snippets of video (only six seconds long!)
With that, Facebook announced on Monday that they updated their iOS app, adding recording and sharing videos and sending voice messages to the uses of said app.
What is a social media guru to do with so many new features!?
The update also added access to the cameras of mobile devices, allowing you to send photos and videos to recipients through Facebook’s messenger app too!
Video is the future!
While you’re updating your status or tweeting a tweet, don’t forget to smile at the camera and give a shout out to your friends and followers as well!
(The Facebook update is only available to iPhone, iPad and iPod touch users right now though…Droids…keep an eye out!)
